​ REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
​Cancellations made up to 90 days in advance of the check in date will receive a refund of 50% their deposit.
Cancellations made 90 days or less in advance of the check in date will not receive a refund.
The $3 booking fee is non-refundable. The 3.1% Credit Card Processing Fee is non-refundable.
There are no refunds for early departures.
Any booking that is rejected within 72 hours due to failure to meet the terms above will not be subject to the cancellation fee and will be refunded,
minus the $3 Booking Fee and 3.1% Card Processing Fee.
