Ownership Information
Gulf Waters RV Resort is an Home Owners Association resort. All sites are individually owned.
Owners must own a RV 10 years or newer, a minimum of 26 feet long and must be a Class A, Class C, Super C or Fifth Wheel.

Dues are billed quarterly for $1,030.00

All members of the Association who enter the Rental Pool pay a nightly fee to the Assocation for every night the lot is rented. The current fee is the 20% of the pre-tax rental charge.

Owners must carry a liability insurance policy for every lot they have in the rental pool equal to $3,000,000 in the aggregate, $100,000 damage to rented premises, $1,000,000 in personal & adv injury, and $2,000,000 in products-comp/op agg
