Are pets allowed at Gulf Waters RV Resort?
Yes, we allow 2 pet max per site.
How is Gulf Waters RV Resort managed?
Gulf Waters RV Resort is a self managed Florida Homeowners Association.
Does Gulf Waters RV Resort maintain the sites?
All sites are privately owned and maintained by their owners.
Are all sites available for rent?
Not all sites are available for rent, please see view our rentals page or send us an email for the most up to date rental availability.
Do I contact the site owner to rent a site?
No, all rentable sites must be rented through the association business office.
What is included in the rental prices?
The rental price includes, electric, water, sewer, and cable TV. Wi-Fi is available in the common areas of the park and select rental sites.
How large is Gulf Waters RV Resort?
We have 318 sites on 33 acres.
How large are the sites?
Most sites are 30' wide, 100' long, perimeter sites are slightly wider and allow for cargo trailer parking, corner sites are up to 40' wide.
Do you have space to store my car dolly?
Car dolly storage is no longer available at Gulf Waters clubhouse. You dolly must be stored in the back of a site designated to house a car dolly. Only allowed on perimeter/corner lots.
Are there alligators in the lakes?
Yes, we do have alligators, snakes, ducks, birds, iguanas and aquatic life in the lakes and throughout the park. Appreciate the Florida Nature, and be aware of your surroundings near the lakes.
